SHIPPING 

Please allow 3 to 5 days for processing. We ship USPS and UPS Standard (Ground) within the Continental United States (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii).  Customers will receive shipping and tracking information by email from: Americancowboytack@Gmail.com, If you have any questions please call the shop (706) 831-5152

RETURN POLICY

*** No returns after 14 days***

Once the Tack or Saddle is ridden, It can no longer be re-sold as new. Please call the shop about seat size and fit before ordering. Return Shipping cost and Restocking Fee may apply.

WARRANTY POLICY

Horse Tack

Our Tack has a 1 year Warranty on Workmanship & Leather, Abuse and wear and tear is not warranted, Conchos and Rhinestones are not included in the warranty. We don't make them. Customer pays shipping both ways. 

SADDLES

Our Saddles have a 10 year Guarantee on our trees, the Warranty starts when the saddle is built and follows the saddle if the saddle is Re-sold the Warranty follows the saddle. Abuse and wear and tear is not Warranted. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE MADE IN OUR SHOP, IF SOMEONE ELSE WORKES ON THE SADDLE IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY ( NO EXCEPTIONS).

Customer pays shipping both ways. Warranty excludes Labor Fees.

CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS 

Canceled custom Orders will be charged a 25 % Restocking Fee.

LIABILITY POLICY

 American Cowboy Tack, American Cowboy Collection, Trey Kelly, are NOT responsible for any injuries or accidents to persons, property, or livestock. Buyers and Saddle owner including second-hand purchasers agrees to hold American Cowboy Tack, American Cowboy Collection, Trey Kelly and all other associates harmless.  

IT IS THE RIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND INSPECT ALL TACK & SADDLES BEFORE YOU RIDE!
